Adventures

We firmly believe that your training is not spent only in a gym or in your local park and we look to help you prepare in environments as close as we can find to the outdoor challenge you have signed up for.

We run mini-adventures to help your training and completion of challenges. For example, if you are completing an altitude trek overseas (Everest Base Camp, Kilimanjaro, etc) then we can lead you on a UK training trip in the mountains to prepare you. We are also happy to take you and friends away on trips to give you further support and motivation.

The outdoors

Rock-climbing

Pretty scary stuff. You’ll need to bring some ropes and wear sensible shoes. Etiam quis fermentum tellus. Pellentesque non pulvinar urna. Quisque euismod faucibus.

Aliquam fermentum semper mauris, a consectetur nunc sodales ut. Integer dictum elit nec ipsum laoreet eu mollis massa sodales. Duis interdum tempus pretium. Ut vitae purus sed felis dapibus sagittis sed vel metus. Phasellus non purus vitae arcu egestas malesuada. Duis facilisis pharetra diam sit amet egestas. Proin ac felis vel tellus aliquam facilisis.

And another paragraph.

Canoeing

This involves a long pointy boat. You risk getting pretty wet. Vivamus vitae nisi quis turpis malesuada ultricies et nec nunc.  Aliquam ut libero nec mi. Ultrices sapien orci.

In this example, we are going to prepend a list item with a link to an unordered list with the id of tools then, we attach a click event to the link we have just added to the DOM. Finally, we return false to override the action of the link. Vestibulum ante ipsum primis in.

Fitness training

Running

That’s like walking, only faster. Vivamus in tempor tellus. Donec malesuada tincidunt sem id mattis. Aliquam vel justo nec purus tincidunt. Easy to have a link and then add.

While I may think they are useless, I still have to make them work as they are a part of an approved comp. Sure, it is easy to have a link and then add an onclick event to launch the print window, but is that the right thing to do? There are times when I have to implement designs that have print links on them.

Weight-training

Bring your mp3 player and practise some cool poses. Phasellus vulputate elit id diam elementum accumsan. Donec metus turpis,  iaculis eget laoreet. Et consequat eu vivamus.

Adipiscing, nisl ut accumsan posuere, metus magna imperdiet leo, vitae venenatis ipsum dolor eget velit. Phasellus tortor sem, semper.

Holistic health

Indian head massage

It tickles a bit. Feugiat nulla facilisis at vero eros et accumsan et feugait nulla facilisi iusto odio dignissim qui blandit praesent luptatum zzril delenit. Faucibus orci luctus.

Mauris adipiscing malesuada sodales.

Donec sit amet aliquet lorem. Duis lacinia eros adipiscing nunc egestas pharetra a et arcu. Finally, we return false to override the action of the link.

Reiki

Energy-channelling therapy orignating in Japan. You’ll like this. Quisque tempor, justo a tempus ultricies, sapien dui rutrum purus, eu auctor. Curae suspen.

metus dolor rhoncus lorem. Aliquam velit ligula, aliquam eu malesuada quis, pellentesque sit amet justo. Phasellus nibh elit, mattis ac convallis vel, semper ac ipsum. Vestibulum ut mi vel lorem vehicula molestie. Mauris adipiscing malesuada sodales. Donec sit amet aliquet lorem. Duis lacinia eros adipiscing nunc egestas pharetra a et arcu.
