Bio
I qualified as a Massage Therapist and Aromatherapist in 2001 and have practised in a diversity of settings with a wide spectrum of clients. My experience ranges from therapy rooms in Brighton to the healing fields of festivals, including Glastonbury Festival and the Big Green Gathering in Somerset. I worked for five years as a massage therapist at the Brighton Cancer Support group, followed by a period at the M.S. Treatment Centre, Southwick for a year and a half. I have also worked with adults with learning difficulties and physical disabilities, including visual impairment, giving massage in residential care homes.
In 2004 I trained in Hot Stone Massage, continuing my bodywork journey, acquiring additional awareness and skills that complement my overall approach to giving massage. I am currently working in the Cuckmere Valley, where I live, with treatments including home visits for women. I have a visual arts and teaching background, combining the healing arts as part of my creative approach to life. I aspire to living as holistic a lifestyle as possible and am passionate about the environment and a sustainable future for our planet. I am always keen to share my skills with others in what is hopefully as uplifting and inspiring for them as it is for me.
